Thoughts from the Blue Line

By Matias Cleland
Yesterday was a very eventful day filled with a lot of activities. We had a practice followed by a tour of Moscow.
Moscow is a very big city with much to see. My favorite part of the tour had to be going to the Red Square. The Kremlin was a sight to see and will be a memory I will never forget. It was great to be with all the guys exploring Moscow together.
Today we had a scrimmage against the Red Army Team. We went into the third period tied, but came out with a 5-2 win. It was a great experience to play in a hockey rink and play a hockey team with so much history.  We have some down time now to rest which is well needed. We are all having a great time here in Russia, and I can't wait to continue this journey of a lifetime.
